Fuckforforest is an erotic non-profit eco organization that made its first presentation in Brazil on famous festival, Universo Paralello (2008-2009). We proud to present an interesting interview with Leona, Natty and Tommy.

How was FFF born ? How have been the impact of your acts on the world ?

Fuckforforest.com was created in the spring of 2004 in Norway by Leona &Tommy. We were trying to find a way to do something for our planet in a more fun and loving way. Too many people are not paying attention to what humans have done to this planet. It seems like a lot of people have a too stressful life to have time to act. Sexuality is on of our strongest natural instincts and a lot of people are suppressing this instinct, just as we are suppressing nature. We feel our relationship to our natural body has a lot to do with how we are affecting nature around us. We wanted to liberate nature from the inside to the outside world. Sexuality has a lot of power but has been exploited mostly to benefit the capitalistic society. We wanted to reclaim sexuality from the destructive society and show that is possible to create good energy with this great gift of life. Humans as a race are now destroying nature and themselves. Through a new philosophy for nature and our natural body, we can find a balance with nature again. We are as individuals responsible for making this change, or nature, as we know it, is doomed.

Fuckforforest.com is an erotic non-profit eco organization based on idealistic work and activism. In the summertime we do a lot of information and performances on different festivals and events. This is to meet nice people and to spread the message of love for nature. We do not see FFF as a protest, more as a loving way of showing the beauty of nature and how to play with life to create a better planet. We do performances at festivals, clubs, street parades and more. We also meet with friends to make videos and photos of us playing with life and sexuality. FFF is based on an idea that the fun between the people involved should be more important than the result of the video or film. Most people involved have never made any sexual photos or video before and we usually never plan a scene. Everything is happening there and then and is about 100% real excitement between the people. We are trying to show an open view on sexuality and would of course be happy if we inspired others to explore their sexuality. Everyone should be proud of having public sex. Sexuality should not be hidden away in fear of judgment and suppression. Sexuality should be celebrated with no shame, just like normal animals. We want to reclaim our instincts and get back to nature.

On the fuckforforest.com website you can watch erotic idealists enjoying sex and nudity for fun and for saving nature. To be able to watch the member section of the website you must donate money to save nature. You can also get access to the website by donating your own erotic photos and videos. FFF is 100% non-profit and all the people on the site are there for fun, freedom and forest.

Since we started we have been able to widely spread a message of love and positive change. Last year we collected over 140.000 Euro that goes to the projects we are supporting in Ecuador and Costa Rica. In Ecuador we work together with an ecologist and different indigenous communities with reforestation projects. A big part of this project is also to collect information about herbs and medicine plants. And also the knowledge of the indigenous cultures relationship to nature and spirituality. This ancient wisdom is getting wiped out fast because of western influence.

We also do a project in Costa Rica where we buy land to make protected areas and also work together with a local organization with reforestation of destroyed areas. We have now bought and protected about 60 Hectares of rainforest. But this is only the beginning. You can read more about the projects we are supporting on the news section of fuckforforest.com

Fuckforforest.com is just one way of bringing information and conscience to people. We also hope to inspire other to find an own way to help our planet. For us FFF is the best way. We love sex and to experiment with sexuality. We also think it is important to show a different view on nudity and sexuality. We think suppression of this natural instinct is one of the causes to a lot of human spiritual disasters and disconnection to nature. Sexuality has been used to suppress and control people, but we know that the same energy can also give you power and a great life. We have found a way to enjoy life and to do something good for the planet, all in one. Not everything that is meaningful has to be boring .We see FFF as sexual education for raising environmental and sexual awareness. Everything is connected and liberating peoples bodies and sexuality is a great way to liberate the mind. And then it can be easier to create a greener and sexier planet. We do not want to fear nature, we want to enjoy the gift of life and give back with the beauty of our sexuality.

Do you consider your acts like a poetic terrorism, a vanguard movement ?

We consider FFF as being loverism, not terrorism. Poetic loverism sounds nice. We do dedicate our life and mission to spread poetic magic, beauty and real emotions about sexual social change. We are a real movement and do not try to be anything else than we are. Working with liberation of nature and sexuality that for us are the same issue.

Some people consider your work a banality. What is your opinion about that?

It is fine for us that some people may see our work as banality. We think it is crazy that sex gets so much attention in this word full of suffering and destruction. We are proud to express our sexual freedom for the causes of the planet and at the same time enjoy life as much as possible. We love sex, and to be able to have fun with sex to save nature is for us truly magical and exciting. And it is working. So even how banal it may seem to some people it is still powerful. We do not really care so much how people judge us, because we truly believe in what we are doing.

What did you think about UP (Universo Paralello Festival) presentation and public feedback ?

We had a lot of fun at UP and meet a lot of interesting people and ideas. We see that open sexual behavior maybe is something new for many people in Brazil but we still got a lot of support and we made a lot of nice photos and videos from our stay. Many people like to talk about us and it created a lot of confusion and misconceptions. But in the end we are happy that people likes to talk and discuss about FFF. We got a lot of great feedback and we would love to come back to Brazil soon again.

Do you pretend to come back Brazil again ? Did you receive any other invitation ?

We think it is just a question of time before we are back in Brazil. After UP we did get invited to many other alternative festivals. We also want to start to work with ecological projects in Brazil and we have already some good connects for starting this. We hope more people will get in touch with us with ideas or projects that need financial support in Brazil. So pleas don’t be shy, get in touch!

You have bought about 60 hectares with forest in Costa Rica recently. What do you pretend to do with theses protected areas ? What are your projects ?

The forest we have bought in Costa Rica is connected to a bigger project together with a local organization doing reforestation to make bigger areas for animals and plant life to help the genetic diversity.
The area we protect is 80% natural old forest and 20% is farmland where we will make reforestation. These areas are protected as an area for animals and plants to reach its climax.

What are the plans of the group for the future ?

We do not really plan the future. There is no future, only now. Right now we are doing what we can to be honest to the planet and ourselves. We try to evolve and get new ideas for a greener and sexier planet. Usually life gives us what we need so lets see what can happen. Janis Joplin once sang; freedom is just another word for nothing left to loose. That’s how we feel; we have nothing left to lose. Except from our planet, pleasure and passion.
